Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (residential and commercial).
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Conduct new system installations and provide heat loss/gain calculations.
- Engage with clients to explain issues, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Offer and sell HVAC products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records using Service Titan or similar software.
- Follow safety protocols and company standards.
- Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of HVAC service experience (5+ years preferred for senior roles).
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
- Certifications: EPA Type II required; NATE Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree in HVAC technology is a plus).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
- Must pass drug testing and maintain a professional appearance.
Schedule
- Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours.
- Availability for weekends, overtime, and on-call work as needed.
- Year-round, steady work with no off-seasons.
