Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsabilidades:

• Apoyar en la gestión operativa de la tienda.
• Liderar, desarrollar y motivar al equipo de ventas.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores comerciales y operativos.
• Garantizar una excelente experiencia para nuestros consumidores.
• Supervisar la correcta ejecución de procesos, inventarios y visual merchandising.

YOUR TALENT

Perfil:

• Experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo dentro del sector retail.
• Enfoque en resultados y orientación al cliente.
• Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Disponibilidad de horario.
• Postulación interna: Mínimo 1 año como supervisor
