The Platform Integration and Enablement organization delivers, operates, and continuously improves the foundational infrastructure platforms that enable TJX applications and enterprise services. PIE provides resilient, scalable, and secure capabilities across data centers, cloud environments, stores, and distribution centers, forming the core platform layer on which application teams build and run solutions.
Job Summary
As a Staff Product Owner in Infrastructure Enablement, you will define, prioritize, and drive delivery of infrastructure platform capabilities that enable high-performance application hosting across TJX. You will own a strategic, multi-team product backlog and ensure alignment with PIE strategy, PMO governance, and enterprise priorities. This role partners closely with engineering teams, PIE and PMO leadership, architecture, security, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to balance strategic roadmaps with operational needs, manage cross-domain dependencies, and deliver measurable business and technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a strategic infrastructure product backlog across multiple teams, ensuring priorities are aligned to enterprise outcomes, PIE strategy, PMO governance, and operational needs.
Translate business and technology objectives into clear features, user stories, enablers, acceptance criteria, and measurable delivery outcomes.
Partner with engineering, architecture, security, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive delivery through sprint and PI cycles.
Prioritize infrastructure investments based on reliability, scalability, resiliency, security, compliance, performance, cost, and business impact.
Support infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, platform migrations, data center transformation, patching, upgrades, and technology lifecycle management.
Use operational metrics, KPIs, platform health data, and stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization, remove impediments, and improve platform value.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product, platform, or delivery leadership role within infrastructure, platform engineering, or enterprise technology environments.
Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or platform backlogs, translating strategic objectives into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum and SAFe, with experience using tools such as Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
Experience defining, prioritizing, and refining user stories, features, and enablers with clear acceptance criteria and technical requirements.
Strong understanding of infrastructure domains such as cloud platforms, compute, storage, databases, middleware, networking, and enterprise application hosting.
Experience working in enterprise IT delivery environments, including governance, architecture review processes, security requirements, and structured operating models.
Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and coordinate delivery across infrastructure, engineering, security, operations, and vendor teams.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, facilitation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven and adaptable professional with strong situational awareness and the ability to proactively identify risks, resolve impediments, and support informed decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
Product Owner or Product Management certification, such as SAFe POPM or CSPO.
Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure domains, including cloud services, compute, storage, networking, middleware, databases, disaster recovery, and data center operations.
Knowledge of infrastructure architecture principles, resiliency patterns, capacity planning, performance optimization, and operational readiness practices.
Exposure to infrastructure financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, vendor management, and FinOps disciplines.
Familiarity with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and observability platforms.
Experience partnering with Security and Risk teams to support vulnerability remediation, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and governance requirements.
Strong understanding of operational service management practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Configuration Management processes.
Experience leveraging ServiceNow and infrastructure monitoring platforms to drive operational insights, service reliability, and platform health improvements.
