As a Project Associate, you’ll manage the processes that prepare contributors for AI, LLM, data collection, and relevance projects. You’ll build and maintain onboarding workflows, learning materials, and readiness reporting while evaluating contributor performance to ensure they are prepared to begin work.

You’ll partner with Recruiting, Trust & Safety, Delivery, and Program teams to ensure onboarding programs are ready for launch, aligned with project requirements, and continuously improved.

Your Impact

  • Respond to contributor questions and tickets related to onboarding and access, escalating issues when needed.
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards, provide project updates, and flag inconsistencies or risks affecting contributor readiness.
  • Analyze onboarding and performance issues, identify root causes, and develop targeted clarifications or refresher content.

Success in this role means contributors are prepared on time, project quality standards are met, and stakeholders have clear visibility into readiness and performance.
