POSITION SUMMARY: The F&B Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights and financial analysis that support strategic decision-making across the F&B division. This position analyzes sales, profitability, labor, inventory, menu performance, and operational trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost controls. The F&B Analyst serves as a key business partner to all cross functional teams by developing reports and maintaining systems.  

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Analyze sales, labor, food cost, beverage cost, and profitability trends to identify opportunities 

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports, dashboards and KPIs for teams 

  • Manage inventory systems, item setup, recipe costing, and database integrity across all food and beverage concepts 

  • Maintain and oversee POS systems, including menu programming, reporting structures, and operational configuration 

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial, inventory and operational data across all systems and reporting platforms 

  • Provide training and support to field operators on reporting tools, inventory systems, recipe management, and data interpretation 

  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED 

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum Degree Required:   High School Diploma or Equivalent  

  • Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage analytics, restaurant operations, finance, inventory management   

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: 

  • Technical and math skills required 

  • Safety conscious 

  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals 

  • Must be able to safely work from a ladder 

  • Positive guest first attitude

  • Dependable  

  • Candidate must be able to use common hand tools SAE and Metric 

  • Candidate must be familiar with multi-meter, electrical parts, hand tools and soldering irons 

  • Candidate must follow instructions and work well with others, also work well unsupervised 

  • Candidate should have strong mechanical skills and some electronics knowledge 

  • Candidate must possess good communication skills as they will be interacting with guest and their families 

  • Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  

  • Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 

  • Other Skills and Abilities - The ability to work well with a team, to prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.
