Audi Fort Washington is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our Accounting Office team. This role is ideal for a candidate with prior experience processing motor vehicle titles and registrations for a Pennsylvania dealership or authorized tag agency. The successful candidate will work closely with our existing Title Clerk, Dealership Accounting Team, and broader Business Office to ensure timely and accurate vehicle licensing, title work, and administrative support functions.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and knowledgeable in Pennsylvania motor vehicle regulations and title processing requirements. Experience with the VITU Online Registration platform and previous authorization under a PennDOT Agent Services Contract is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Title & Registration Responsibilities
- Process Pennsylvania and out-of-state title and registration transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit dealership title work in compliance with PennDOT regulations and dealership standards.
- Review deal jackets to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Process lien recordings, title transfers, registration renewals, duplicate titles, and related transactions.
- Work directly with PennDOT, lenders, customers, and dealership personnel to resolve title discrepancies.
- Monitor title aging schedules and ensure timely completion of all registration and title activities.
- Maintain accurate records and safeguard sensitive customer information.
Administrative & Business Office Support
- Assist the Accounting Office with administrative and clerical functions.
- Support vehicle inventory documentation, funding, and contract processing activities.
- Scan, file, organize, and maintain business office records.
- Assist with account reconciliations and other light accounting tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, accounting, and management teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Provide backup support for other Business Office functions when needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Title Clerk at a Pennsylvania automotive dealership or authorized tag agency.
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania title and registration procedures.
- Experience processing vehicle transactions in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous authorization to process transactions under a PennDOT Agent Services Contract.
- Experience using VITU Dealer Title and Registration (DTR) / online registration platform.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.).
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Pay:
