Job Description Summary​

As HBM Shift Production Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will supervise the activities of a production staff in a manufacturing area. Plans and coordinates dailyoperations to meet production schedules, product standards, and operational costs. Prepares production, personnel, and quality reports to achieve production goals. Establishesoperating policies and procedures to achieve production schedules, product standards, and operational costs. Additional responsibilities include reporting organization anddepartment project leading and coordination, participating in productivity enhancement, quality improvement, cycle time improvement and cost reduction activities, handlingmanufacturing team performance baseline and management.​

Responsibilities and Tasks:​

• Production line management and resource arrangement.​
• Operation scheduling and lot tracing.​
• Manufacturing KPI maintain(Product on time delivery, Utilization, Quality, Cycle time, Cost, Team morale.​
• Leading or coordinate of department project.​
• Abnormal event analysis and improvement.​

Requirement:​

• Bachelor degree or above ​

• TOEIC score of 650 or equivalent certification​

• Basic data processing skills​

• Willingness to work shifts is a plus.​
