- Develop new commercial and industrial accounts through prospecting and networking
- Perform roof inspections and identify repair, maintenance, and replacement opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers, developers, and general contractors
What You Need
- 2+ years of commercial roofing sales experience
- Proven track record of sales growth
