  • Develop and maintain selling and inventory reports; complete ad hoc reporting as needed to support current and future business decisions

  • Partner with Merchandise Planning to run size and color selling analyses to inform future buys

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Participate in monthly allocation strategy meetings with Merchandise Buyers and Merchandise Planners

  • Collaborate with Buying and Planning teams to ensure size breaks and buy quantities align with current sales trends

  • Partner with the Retail Field Team to communicate seasonal rollout timing, promotional updates, and business performance across domestic stores

  • Communicate regularly with the Distribution Center team on events that may impact inventory workflow (initial allocation rollouts, reserve releases, in-store promotions, etc.)

  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and participate in weekly turnover meetings

  • Facilitate problem resolution with IT, Retail Operations, and Inventory Management teams as needed

Process & Systems Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve allocation systems, tools, and processes to drive greater efficiency

  • Support new store assortment setup and execute remodel store inventory plans

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including stockouts, overstock situations, and variances between physical counts and system records

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Advanced knowledge of retail math and inventory management principles. Familiar with retail KPIs such as sell-through, weeks of supply, and turn

  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving inventory challenges

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting

  •  Strong work ethic and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to summarize complex ideas concisely and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
