Job Summary
1. Supervise the repair and fabrication of equipment related to assigned machinery.2. Oversee the maintenance of machines used for product inspection and selection.
3. Ensure preventive maintenance of inspection and selection machines is carried out according to the maintenance schedule.
Job Description:
1.Perform maintenance on machinery including Coating Spray, Line Conveyor, Inspection Machine, Palletizer, and Shrink Machine in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule. 2. Verify the functionality of the Inspection Machine and adjust settings to ensure accurate defect detection. 3. Check and ensure that spare parts for all machinery are sufficiently stocked and ready for use. 4. Adjust machine parameters to ensure proper functionality and alignment with operational objectives. 5. Prepare performance summary reports of machinery and submit them to the supervisor. 6. Carry out tasks related to ISO systems, including GHPs (Good Hygiene Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). 7. Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors in the factory environment, and take immediate corrective actions.Qualification:
