Job Description
1. Design and Development of Automated Test Equipment:
- Design and develop both fully automated and custom automation equipment based on product testing requirements to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Integrate testing processes using common automation control software (such as RCS, PLC, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and hardware interfaces.
2. New Product Introduction (NPI) Test Equipment Planning and Calibration:
- Participate in the new product introduction phase, plan test equipment configuration, assist with installation, calibration, and validation to ensure smooth transition to mass production testing.
3. Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Equipment:
- Perform regular equipment maintenance, calibration, and servicing; promptly address equipment anomalies to ensure uninterrupted production line testing.
- Analyze equipment anomaly data, propose improvement suggestions, and reduce equipment failure rates.
4. Technical Documentation Writing and Updates:
- Write and maintain equipment operation manuals, maintenance records, and related technical documents to ensure knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
5. Promotion of Automation and Smart Projects:
- Participate in automation and smart projects, introduce new technologies (such as IoT monitoring, data analytics) to enhance the level of production line automation.
6. Production Line Personnel Training and Technical Support:
- Train production line operators on the correct use and maintenance of test equipment, and provide on-site technical support.
7. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments to resolve equipment-related technical issues and ensure product testing quality.
