Are you ready to play your part in this?
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customs Process Administrator to join our diverse and skilled team at Maersk. As a Customs Operations Associate, you will be responsible for preparing import/export/transit customs declarations, communicating with clients, and resolving customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare import/export/transit customs declarations (AIS, ECS, and NCTS)
- Work daily in TRINET, MS Teams, MS Office
- Communicate with clients via MS Teams, telephone, and email
- Resolve customer inquiries
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience as a customs declarant
- Preferably an authorized customs representative with a valid professional exam
- Good knowledge of computer software (MS Office)
- Full professional proficiency in English and local language
- Communicative, accurate, and tidy
- Desire for learning and teamwork
