As a Part-time Purchasing Coordinator at Axis, you will get a unique look into how we bring a product from the initial concept phase to full-scale volume production.
 

This role is part time for 50% to support the project sourcing group.

What you’ll do here as Project Sourcing Coordinator?

In this role, you will act as a vital support to our Project Sourcing Leads, working at the intersection of technology, business, and logistics. This is an ideal opportunity to build a professional network and apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges while finishing your degree.

You will support our new product development projects with administrative and coordinating tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:

• RFQ Support: Assist in gathering and compiling quotes from global suppliers.
• BOM Analysis: Help review and analyze Bills of Material (BOM) in terms of costs, lead times, and potential risks.
• Order Management: Place and follow up towards suppliers to support the project time plan
• Data Integrity: Maintain and update component and supplier information in our ERP and business systems.

Since you will be balancing work with your studies, we value individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and have a strong drive to make an impact. A positive attitude with focus on finding solutions and how you personally can contribute to them is highly beneficial in the role.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

• An ongoing degree in Industrial Economy, Business, Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
• Has a interest in technology and the electronics industry.
• MS Office skills, experience from working in ERP or other IT-systems.
• Excellent skills in English and intermediate, or better, skills in Swedish
• Has a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
