How you’ll make an impact
Record and enter invoices, keeping accounting data up to date
Prepare documents for incoming orders including VAT and customs forms
Monitor payments and update accounting records regularly
Send reminders and initiate collection processes if needed
Check, archive, and store various administrative documents
Prepare reports, minutes, and correspondence from notes or recordings
Respond to mail and confirm orders professionally
Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks
Your background
Strong interest in finance, administration, and structured work processes
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting software
Comfortable communicating in Italian and English (written and spoken)
