Chemical Laboratory Supervisor

In this role you will be working as a Chemical Laboratory Supervisor for a client in the electronic manufacturing industry. This role will be responsible for ensuring laboratory activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and qualify standards. This position will also be responsible for supervising laboratory personnel, maintains analytical equipment, reviews test results, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures accurate reporting while meeting production deadlines. 

This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site. 

The pay is $90,000 to $110,000.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Environmental Science
• 4+ years of experience of chemical laboratory experience
• Ability to maintain compliance with OSHA & EPA regulations, chemical hygiene plans, and hazard communication requirements
• Conduct lab safety inspections 
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal or hazardous chemicals
• Supervise and mentor laboratory technicians
• Schedule and prioritize laboratory workload to meet turnaround times
• Manage laboratory supply inventory
• Ensure compliance with laboratory procedure, SOP's, and quality systems
