Compensation: $160,370.00-$196,182.00. This role is eligble for a bonus.

Responsibilities
The Director of Finance manages the development of financial models, business plans, and forecasts for the Customer Care department. He/She prepares financial operating reports to provide a basis for management planning, operating controls, and performance. This position is responsible for developing and driving strategies which improve value. The Director of Finance leads business problem solving and is able to take ambiguous, complex business problems using research and business assessment capabilities to define the problem, drive innovative ideas, define the requirements, and recommend actionable next steps.
- Leads planning and forecasting process across the Customer Care Center and related functions.
- Identifies and evaluates risks and opportunities in revenue, expense and budget plans.
- Oversees the tracking of initiatives and uses information to influence operations management and other decision makers.
- Stays up to date on customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Directs special projects to improve business performance.
- Identifies, analyzes and recommends innovative and effective solutions to business activity (i.e., OT, staffing efficiency and customer and associate retention).
- Directs Workforce Management team in the analysis of workload and staffing variances to ensure standards and efficiencies are obtained resulting in enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates with HQ Finance in the development and revision of annual business plans.
- Develops and coordinates Call Center budgeting processes and builds P&L.
- Participates in developing and monitoring Capital authorization and expenditures.
- Monitors and tracks control of assets; proposes solutions for corrective actions.
- Oversees inventory processes; monitors results and develops/implements solutions for corrective actions.
- Provides oversight in the development of standard practices/processes/deliverables, reviewing progress, and monitoring compliance to established processes and methods.
- Leads and directs business solution planning and business case development to improve performance and control costs.
- Utilizes expertise in change management to ensure success and adoption in the implementation of new processes.
- Conducts financial reviews of new business processes to meet target objectives and minimize risks.
- Validates financial forecast to identify changes required to achieve planned results.
- Provides executive summary on results (e.g., variance to plan, growth, etc.) and provides recommendations to ensure management supports proposed adjustments to operating plans.
- Develops and reviews standard and managerial reports for internal staff to provide information on performance.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Seven (7) years as a Business Analyst
Preferred:
- Six sigma experience
- Experience with predictive analysis
- Experience with Oracle
- Certified Professional Accountant
