We are looking for an insight driven, proactive, and motivated individual to join our Kroger team as a Customer Sales Analyst. The Customer Sales Analyst is a sales position that provides business insights and unit/revenue growth recommendations through category research delivered to Customer Business Teams. This role will leverage a deep understanding of the consumer, customer, competitive set, and company goals to identify insights to drive the business; and will lead stakeholder thinking to turn those insights into action. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Identify insights, present learning, and deliver business recommendations to drive joint business growth.
Collaborate with the sales & corporate teams to achieve customer unit, revenue, distribution, feature, and display goals.
Design, prepare and deliver regular category, customer, and account performance reports.
Lead forecasting for team including base volume drivers, incremental event lift forecasts and inventory impacts to monthly revenue call.
Conduct annual category reviews and quarterly assessments of key business drivers.
Deliver ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility, in a way that proactively uncovers business opportunities.
Develop & build impactful customer specific selling stories that reflect key category business-building initiatives.
Partner with the Sales team to prepare, lead and deliver materials for external meetings.
Attend customer meetings to assist sales team in presenting business cases.
Identify, memorialize and scale best practice across the analyst organization.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
Prior experience in business analytics with a national retailer or manufacturer.
Strong leadership skill with ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan and drive action.
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Excellent collaborator and proven ability to work as a team.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Must be a self-starter.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
Experience with 3rd party data.
Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in Business Administration and/or related field of study.
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is a Hybrid role with working 3 days a week in our local office, with limited travel or visits to external locations. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed
Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
