Track: Digital Product Development
This track is designed for individuals who want to leverage technology to solve business challenges, drive innovation, and grow into future technology leadership roles.
Leadership Development Program Overview
The Polaris Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed for recent graduates interested in technology, business, and leadership. Through four six-month rotations, associates gain hands-on experience delivering digital products, developing technology solutions, and partnering with teams across Polaris to solve real business challenges.
The Digital Product Development Track provides exposure to the full digital product lifecycle—from product strategy and requirements definition to software development, architecture, and solution delivery. Associates work alongside product managers, engineers, architects, and business leaders to help shape the digital products and platforms that power Polaris.
This track is ideal for individuals who enjoy technology and are energized by problem-solving, collaboration, innovation, and leadership. Throughout the program, associates develop technical, business, and leadership capabilities while gaining broad exposure to how digital products and technology drive business success across Polaris.
As a Digital Product Development ITDP, you may gain experience in:
- Digital Product Management – Defining product vision, gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and delivering solutions that create business and customer value.
- Software Engineering & Solution Development – Designing, building, testing, and enhancing digital products, applications, and platforms.

- Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborating with engineers, designers, product teams, and business stakeholders to drive execution and continuous improvement.
- Digital Solutions & Business Transformation – Partnering with business teams to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and implement technology solutions that improve processes and outcomes.
