About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Ad Sales team. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution, maintaining sales operations, and providing analytical support to drive client success. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, be comfortable working with data, and possess excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Coordination & Campaign Support
Coordinate with the Ad Sales team, clients, and agencies to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
Act as the primary liaison between Sales and cross-functional teams including Campaign Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Collections.
Track campaign progress and ensure timely execution as per agreed timelines.
Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates with internal stakeholders and clients.
Escalate execution-related issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Support the Sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and campaign performance summaries.
Maintain accurate sales records, campaign trackers, and MIS reports.
Prepare post-campaign reports with key performance insights and data analysis.
Coordinate with Finance teams for timely invoicing and campaign closure.
Gather information from multiple stakeholders and consolidate reports for business reviews.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with clients and agencies for campaign documentation and execution requirements.
Address operational queries and ensure a seamless client experience.
Support the Sales team during client pitches by preparing relevant data, reports, and presentations.
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, reporting) and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience :
1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Campaign Operations, Ad Operations, or Account Coordination.
Experience working in the Digital Advertising, Media, Marketing, or AdTech industry is preferred.
Familiarity with campaign management, reporting, and client coordination is an added advantage.
