Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to create a positive, team-focused, and enthusiastic work environment.
- Coach and support team members to deliver fast, friendly service and accurate orders.
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Organize and prepare the team for busy periods with strong leadership and accountability.
- Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure a fun and loving customer experience.
