Watford City Branch Manager

Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operations in the Watford City, Branch Office
Manage and support Division Managers through leading weekly meetings and performance reviews
Weekly time review and project review
Plan, forecast, and execute branch employment needs and training
Client satisfaction, relations and sales
Look for and present strategic business development opportunities to leadership
Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic risks and opportunities
Execute approved business development initiatives
Equipment/vehicle/property maintenance and procurement
Monitor and collect accounts receivables
Represent Mountain Plains in community events
Ensure proper licenses and subscriptions are current
Office/shop supply procurement
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration required, Master’s Degree is desired
High-level computer and technical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exudes strong leadership abilities & business acumen
Keen analytical & critical thinking skills
An ability to multitask, manage, and adapt to changing work environments
