The Opportunity:
The Project Coordinator, Interior Branding supports the successful delivery of branded environment projects by helping keep schedules, documentation, vendor activity, and project communications organized from planning through closeout. Working closely with Project Management, Account Management, Design, field partners, and Accounting, this role helps ensure customer requirements, milestones, approvals, and deliverables are tracked and completed across multiple locations. The Project Coordinator plays an important support role in keeping projects moving, information accurate, and internal and external partners aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Management and Account Management in coordinating awarded projects in accordance with customer guidelines, established milestones, and approved budgets.
- Coordinate with Stratus vendors and field partners to gather project updates, schedule surveys and installation activity, and communicate site-specific requirements.
- Track project schedules, milestones, approvals, deliverables, and action items across multiple locations, escalating delays or issues to the appropriate project lead.
- Obtain and organize preliminary surveys, floor plans, brand books, mockups, and other project documentation needed to support design development and customer approvals.
- Assist with routing artwork, fixture locations, and other project details for review and approval, while maintaining accurate records of decisions and changes.
- Maintain timely and accurate project information in client portals, reporting tools, and Stratus systems, including completion photos and closeout documentation.
- Support clear communication among customers, Project Management, field partners, Design, Production, and other internal teams by providing updates and following through on outstanding items.
- Compile project closeout and invoicing information and coordinate with Accounting to help ensure completed work is documented and ready for billing.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, customer service, or a related role preferred; experience in signage, interior branding, retail environments, or multi-site programs is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities at the same time.
- Ability to read and understand basic floor plans, project documentation, and customer requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; comfort learning project tracking, ERP, and client portal systems.
- Ability to follow established project schedules, budgets, processes, and customer standards while identifying and escalating potential issues.
- A collaborative, service-oriented approach with strong follow-through and a willingness to take ownership of assigned project details.
- Availability to support occasional night or weekend installation activity when project needs require it.

Pay Transparency
$23 - $28 Hourly
This range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, location, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation based on the nature of the position, individual, department, and/or company performance.
Work Environment
This role operates in a general office environment, with regular collaboration within and across teams. The position involves extended periods of sitting, computer use, and virtual communication and interaction. Physical requirements may include lifting up to 20 pounds and general movement within an office setting.
