Compensation: $34.00 - $45.00 / hour
Description
At Beyond Audio, the work doesn't end at handoff - it's a relationship. We're looking for a Senior AV Technician who takes pride in getting the details right long after everyone else has moved on.
You Are:
You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, high EQ
- Comfortable working independently in occupied, ultra-luxury homes - think Silverleaf, Paradise Valley, and Desert Mountain
Your Location:
- In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

- Some regional travel required
Your Schedule:
- Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
- Mon-Fri 6:30am - 2:30pm

Your Contribution to Beyond Audio:
- Servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Networking, Automation, Lighting, Shading, Security Systems & Video Walls
- Troubleshooting Systems (Crestron, Control4)
- Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
- Understanding of wiring and signal flow
- Advanced understanding of networking
- Control System Programming
- Train clients on use of systems
- Provide excellent customer service
Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience:
- 5+ years residential AV/Home Automation experience
- Crestron and Control4 experience is a bonus
- A valid driver's license (background check required)
