Description

Product Implementation Assistant Manager supports the end-to-end product development process by coordinating regulatory submissions, preparing business and internal documentation, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product implementation and launch.

You will also be involved in system enhancement initiatives, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the development of marketing and training materials that support product rollouts. This role offers broad exposure across Product Development, Compliance, Pricing, Marketing, and Technology, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to deepen their expertise in the life insurance industry.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed product specifications and requirements to support successful product implementation and launch.
  • Manage and oversee product illustrations and illustration systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with product features.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop training materials, sales tools, and product communication materials.
  • Coordinate product filings with regulators and support the approval process with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and execute product launch activities, ensuring readiness across all business functions.
  • Work closely with Pricing, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Support system enhancements and implementation activities related to new product launches.
  • Ensure product documentation is maintained and updated in line with regulatory and business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in Product Development, Product Management, or a related function.
  • Good understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and product approval processes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Pricing, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
