Position: BCBA Student/ABA Case Manager
Location: 1585 N. Milwaukee Ave. Suite 101 Libertyville, IL 60048
Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 evenings till 6pm per week)
Compensation:$23.00 - $25.00/hour (pending experience)
Join Our Pediatric ABA Team!
RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time BCBA Student/ABA Case Manager to join our collaborative pediatric team. This role is ideal for a BCBA student enrolled in graduate-level ABA coursework who is actively working toward certification and has completed or is working toward 1,000+ fieldwork hours.
Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism, implement treatment plans, collect behavioral data, support families, and help children develop meaningful skills. This position also offers opportunities to manage a small caseload, support team training, and gain valuable clinical leadership experience.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to pediatric patients
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data
- Communicate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Support client programming and documentation under BCBA supervision
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination
- Assist with training and onboarding Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis
- 1,000+ fieldwork hours completed or in progress
- CPR certification required
- RBT certification preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
