Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards.
- Responsible for knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
- Responsible for knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends.
- Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled.
- Responsible for accurate and efficient use of POS system.
- Monitors guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training
- Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties.
- Participates as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.

- High School Diploma/GED.
- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules.
- Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from guests.
- Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
- Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
- Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).
- Ability to operate POS Systems.
- Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
- Must be able to obtain proper food handler certification and RAMP certification.
