We are currently seeking a student Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Oncology intern, you will work closely with the Marketing Department and the areas of the business that we support. This position is a paid, temporary internship eligible to juniors or seniors within a commutable distance of Princeton, NJ. This role is a hybrid role with two days in person at the Princeton office.

Responsibilities: Working closely with the Oncology Marketing Team on assigned tasks. They may include:

• Promotional Resources:
• Partner with field force to gain insights into gaps in promotional tools/resources
• Support the development of field materials that align with brand strategy, customer needs, and approved messaging
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders throughout the development and review of promotional materials
• Assist with preparing materials for review through established promotional review processes
• Assess utilization and impact of tools/resources qualitatively and quantitatively
• Market Analysis and Product Strategy:
• Help analyze clinical profiles, strengths, and weaknesses of expected market entrant(s)
• Evaluate early competitive messaging, positioning, and physician perspectives for the expected entrant(s)
• Assist in the development and refinement of competitive messaging and resources that reinforce brand differentiation
• Help translate relevant clinical and market insights into clear, meaningful promotional messaging
• Pull through tactics to strengthen positioning of own product
• Omni-Channel Marketing:
• Partner with Digital/OCX, Analytics, field-facing teams, and agency partners to support integrated marketing initiatives
• Help evaluate marketing channels to deliver a consistent and effective customer experience for both healthcare professionals and patients across personal and non-personal channels
• Customize content and messaging hierarchy for different audiences (Patients, Nurses, Physicians)
• Monitor execution through multiple channels and report on performance metrics

Qualifications/Requirements:

• This position requires candidates to be a rising junior or rising senior in college/university pursuing a career in Marketing.
• Candidates are required to live within a commutable distance of Princeton, NJ.
• Interns are required to be able to work from May 25^th, 2027 to August 20^th, 2027
• Interest in a pharmaceutical career
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn and grow
• This position requires a minimum GPA of 3.0
• The ability to work a hybrid schedule is required
• Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred
• Major in a target area related to this role is required
• This position requires that candidates be able to work in the United States on a permanent and on-going basis without sponsorship

The anticipated hourly rate for this position will be $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.  The actual hourly rate offered for this role at commencement of employment may vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, education (including applicable licenses and certifications, job-based knowledge, location, and other business and organizational needs.
