Project Manager, Amberly Wind Farm

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery on Fulton Hogan’s first-ever wind farm project in Amberley.

This is a rare chance to help get a major renewable energy project out of the ground and set it up for success from the start. You’ll join ahead of main site works, helping shape the plan, coordinate the moving parts, and lead delivery as construction ramps up.

It’s a hands-on role with real responsibility. You’ll be leading a project with complexity across heavy civil works, logistics, multiple work fronts, and subcontractor coordination. We need someone who can keep the big picture in view while staying close enough to the detail to make smart calls when plans shift.

Wind farm experience would be great, but it’s not essential. We’re more interested in a well-rounded Project Manager with strong heavy civil delivery experience, particularly around structures, logistics, and large-scale infrastructure-style projects. • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Fulton Hogan’s wind farm project in Amberley.
• Plan and coordinate heavy civil, structural, logistics, and subcontractor activities across the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships across site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to keep delivery moving safely and efficiently.
• Oversee programme, budget, forecasting, cost control, and risk management to support strong project outcomes.
• Lead with a strong health, safety, and environmental focus, setting clear expectations and serious standards where it counts.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale heavy civil, infrastructure, or structures projects in a Project Manager role.
• Strong capability in logistics management and coordinating multiple work fronts in dynamic site environments.
• Solid experience across heavy civil structures or bridge-style works, rather than vertical builds.
• Confident commercial and programme management skills, with a practical, delivery-focused approach.
• Clear leadership, sound judgement, and the ability to mentor developing engineers and site team members.
