Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cooler Body Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the assembly, repair, and maintenance of cooler bodies—ensuring structural integrity, thermal efficiency, and a clean finish. The ideal candidate has experience working with insulated panels, metal fabrication, and general bodywork, and is committed to delivering quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure production has the required number of coolers for regular operations and special/mass events.

· Maintain an organized and efficient cooler build table at all times.

· Identify and remove any unusable coolers or parts from circulation; properly dispose of them as needed.

· Keep all seals, gaskets, and O-rings neatly organized and stored in designated rebuild locations.

· Ensure graphite hats and insulator cups are consistently racked and orderly.

· Complete and submit accurate weekly inventory reports.

· Maintain all tools in good condition and keep them organized.

· Color-code and stage cooler racks in proper operational order.

· Remove unusable coolers from racks promptly.

· Store all crated parts and consumables in their designated areas.

· Sweep and maintain a clean work area daily.

· Remove trash from the area daily.

· Break and dispose of any unusable graphite parts.

· Conduct thorough inspection and proper rebuild of coolers every time.

· Learn and demonstrate the ability to build all four types of cooler bodies.

· Read and interpret moderate-level engineering prints or schematics.

· Must be able to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
