Operation Excellence (OE) Master Trainer

Join us as an Operation Excellence (OE) Master Trainer and play a key role in developing the skills of our manufacturing workforce. Drive training excellence, competency certification, and continuous improvement in a dynamic semiconductor environment. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Deliver technical, operational, and process-related training for operators and technicians to ensure compliance with company standards and manufacturing requirements. Conduct onboarding programs for new hires and refresher training for existing employees to maintain workforce competency. Facilitate both classroom and On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions, ensuring employees are properly trained on equipment, processes, and work instructions. Assess employee competency through practical evaluations, skill assessments, and certification programs. Monitor and maintain employee skill certification records, ensuring timely recertification and training compliance. Develop, review, and continuously improve training materials, work instructions, assessment tools, and learning resources. Support training initiatives related to process changes, new work instructions, new product introductions (NPI), new equipment, and technology implementation. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, ESD, safety regulations, and quality standards through effective training and coaching. Maintain accurate training documentation, records, and databases to support audit and compliance requirements. Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to operators and technicians to enhance performance and productivity. Collaborate with Production, UPE, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop workforce capability plans. Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and deliver effective training programs. Promote a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, knowledge sharing, and employee development within the organization. Provide your feedback on BizChat Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Diploma (Higher Vocational Certificate) or above in a technical or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or the semiconductor industry. Knowledge of machine operation, SOPs, GMP, ESD, and quality standards.
