About the Role

Showroom Sales Consultants are known as 'Retail Consultant' and as part of the showroom family in Morley, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom!

You will also be a part of a fantastic group of humans that are genuinely happy to come to work everyday.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Works well autonomously, as well as part of a team
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
