Job Summary-

We are seeking a curious, motivated intern to join our Artillery team and support initiatives across data analytics, artificial intelligence, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and operational process optimization. This internship is ideal for a student eager to gain hands-on experience working with data tools, learning how emerging technologies enhance business performance, and contributing to meaningful organizational projects.

 

The position will typically require 15–19 hours per week, and we offer flexibility in scheduling to accommodate availability.

Responsibilities-

Essential Functions:

• Assist with collecting, cleaning, and analyzing operational and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support AI-related projects such as predictive analytics, automation, workflow enhancement, and data modeling.
• Participate in ERP system optimization, including process mapping, data validation, and documentation updates.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making across teams.
• Conduct research on new technologies, tools, and methodologies related to data analytics and operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to support ongoing initiatives.
• Help document processes, system enhancements, requirements, and best practices.
• Support ad‑hoc projects that improve operational performance, accuracy, and data accessibility.

 

Qualifications-

Required Qualifications:

• Required education and experience: Must be currently enrolled in related Business courses or be within 6 months of graduation; No prior experience needed.
• Must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge, skills & abilities: Ability to work as part of a team. Oral and written communication skills. Attentiveness. Ability to understand and follow directions
• Pursuing Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
• Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

Travel Requirements:

• No or very little travel likely.
