Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives for the Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive sustainable business growth, increase therapy adoption, and maximize market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nephrologists, dialysis nurses, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, clinical discussions, educational programs, and customer engagement activities to support customer needs and business growth.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic accounts while ensuring effective account penetration and long-term customer partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and address business challenges proactively.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Specialists, Medical Affairs, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account records, and business reports in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales, account management, or business development experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
- Experience in nephrology, dialysis, renal care, or hospital-based healthcare sales is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key customer accounts.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute territory business plans and growth strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
