By being part of this team, you will work from Monday, to Friday, 09:00-18:00, from Bucharest.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Update and maintain financial models to support accurate forecasting and reporting activities.

• Analyze financial results against forecasts and identify key variances and trends.

• Prepare financial reports and insights to support business decision-making.

• Partner with budget owners to align spending plans with business targets and financial objectives.

• Monitor actual expenses, validate cost allocations, and ensure appropriate accruals are maintained.

• Develop reporting dashboards and analyses using Power BI to provide visibility into spending performance.

• Manage product pricing updates in the ERP system and oversee the timely processing of customer credit notes.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and financial statements;

• Strong business acumen with a commercial mindset and the ability to translate financial data into business insights;

• Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;

• Advanced knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools, including SAP, and Excel;

• Experience in risk identification, internal controls, and continuous process improvement initiatives;

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic business environment.
