Job Description Summary:
This role is responsible for delivering outcomes associated with the Technical Readiness Leader position in a major FMCG brownfield manufacturing project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical readiness strategy and gate reviews.
- Coordinate FAT/SAT, commissioning and qualification activities.
- Ensure validation and documentation readiness.
- Manage startup technical risks.
- Support troubleshooting during ramp-up.
Success Measures
- On-time technical readiness.
- Successful qualification/validation.
- Minimal startup losses.
- Stable process performance.

Requirements
- Business-level Japanese and English
- 10+ years FMCG or related manufacturing experience
- 5+ years in the project role as process engineer or Technical leader
