SALARY: $106,400-$126,350, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Benefits Manager, Health and Welfare plays an important role in supporting Anheuser-Busch’s U.S. benefits programs for employees and their families. This role helps deliver meaningful, well-managed benefit programs while improving the employee experience.
This is a great opportunity for a benefits professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data, partnering across teams, and making complex benefit programs easier for employees to understand and use.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day-to-day administration of U.S. health and welfare benefits, including coordination with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and third-party administrators.
Support benefit strategy by reviewing enrollment, claims, vendor performance, employee feedback, market trends, and program costs.
Create clear, employee-friendly communications that help employees understand and use their benefits.
Assist with benefit financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoice review, reconciliation, and cost analysis.
Maintain compliant plan documentation and support benefit-related audits, filings, controls, and data validation activities.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen program administration, improve self-service, and enhance the overall benefits experience.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in employee benefits, health and welfare plan administration, Total Rewards, HR operations, or vendor management.
Experience supporting health and welfare benefit programs, preferably in a large, self-funded, multi-state, multi-vendor, or union environment.
Working knowledge of benefits administration, eligibility rules, annual enrollment, employee communications, plan documentation, and core compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze benefits data, identify trends, evaluate financial impacts, and explain findings in a clear, practical way.
Strong project management, communication, organization, stakeholder partnership, discretion, and confidentiality skills.
