📦🌟 Warehouse Customer Service Coordinator @ West Area🌟📦
💰 Salary: $2500 - $3000 / month + Allowance after probation
📍 Location: West Region
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.00am – 5.45pm
📝 What You'll Do
📦 Coordinate shipment schedules with customers, forwarders and warehouse teams
🚚 Arrange inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure smooth operations
📞 Respond to customer enquiries on stock availability and shipment status
📄 Prepare delivery documents, billing summaries and warehouse-related paperwork
📊 Generate monthly KPI reports and analyse operational performance
🤝 Work closely with internal teams to resolve shipment issues promptly
📦 Assist in monthly stock takes and inventory reconciliation
✨ Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager
✅ What We're Looking For
✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse logistics coordination
✔ Logistics arrangement or shipment coordination experience is an advantage
✔ Good communication and customer service skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
✔ Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
