Hourly Pay Range:
$57.79 - $79.76 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Headache
Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient responsibilities
Inpatient Location: NCH Hospital, 800 W Central Rd, Arlington Heights IL
Outpatient Locations: 2180 N. Pfingsten, Glenview, IL 60026 and 1460 N Halsted, Chicago IL.
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Hours: 4-10 Hour Shifts
Weekend and Call Rotation
What you will need:
License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
Experience: Prior APN/PA experience preferred
What you will do:
Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
