Competitive Pay
$27.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Lorien Taneytown, you will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care that promotes the health, comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents. Working collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and the interdisciplinary care team, you will help ensure residents receive exceptional clinical care in a supportive and resident-centered environment.The ideal candidate demonstrates a kind, patient, and empathetic approach while maintaining strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in resident care. In this role, you will:- Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning.
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families.
- Promote a positive, respectful environment that enhances resident quality of life.
Qualifications
- Full Time, Part Time and PRN
- Schedule: Evening/Nights 8 or 12 hour shifts available!
- License: Active Maryland LPN license
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
