The Sales Support Professional assists the sales team members with daily tasks. These tasks may include organizing and ordering sales material inventory and delivery to care centers for Community Engagement Professionals. As a Sales Support Professional, you will also monitor and update project tracking and timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Additionally, as a Sales Support Professional you will maintain sales leads and assist with CRM entries. You will manage sales events, maintaining projects moving through the Sales team to ensure completion. Furthermore, as a Sales Support Professional you will keep the Community Engagement Management road map and presentations updated for the Associate Director of Field Sales/ Marketing and the Director of Field Sales Marketing. Role Responsibilities:
- Organize and orders marketing material inventory and deliveries to care centers as needed by New Patient Specialists.
- Monitor and update project tracking and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage sales and community outreach events, both internal and external, including set-up, invitation mailings, calendar invitations, catering, and more.
- Prepare reports for the sales team by collecting and summarizing data through charts and spreadsheets to indicate ROI, in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Data Specialist.
- Assist with presentations via PowerPoint and other methods for the Sales and Community Outreach Manager and CGO. Associate Director of Field Sales/ Marketing and the Director of Field Sales Marketing.
- Provide back-up support for the New Patient Specialist team CEP team, which may include providing tours for prospective patients and communicating with patients and prospective patients.
- Work with internal departments to coordinate internal and external project timelines for marketing efforts.
- Help coordinate external sales efforts through sales lead generation and monitoring.
- Create weekly and monthly reports for the Sales and Community Outreach Manager Associate Director of Field Sales/ Marketing regarding return on investment and lead generation in Salesforce.
- Help with the efficiency of daily office operations, such as maintaining inventories and supplies, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working with customers/patients and developing relationships within an organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel; One Drive, Teams and database management tools).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Prior experience supporting sales teams or senior leadership

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
