Description
Position Responsibilities:
Evaluate end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Lead continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives within Operations.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
Facilitate business requirements and support the implementation of technology-enabled improvements.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational and business objectives.
Drive process standardization, simplification, and adoption of industry best practices.
Support organizational change and ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and solutions.
Monitor improvement initiatives and assess their effectiveness in delivering intended business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
University degree in any discipline.
At least 8 years of working experience, preferably with deep understanding of insurance operations.
Experience in planning, designing, and implementing business processes, organizational changes, and technology solutions.
Strong understanding of local business environments, key processes, and operational risks.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Competent in Microsoft applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office, CoPilot, Power Platform
