Title: Dementia Support Specialist (24/7 Support Line)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts to support 24/7 coverage

We are a U.S.-based, tech-enabled memory care & brain health clinic transforming access to dementia and caregiver support. Our mission is to help patients and families facing memory loss navigate care with dignity, connection, and confidence.
We’re seeking compassionate, skilled professionals to support families when they need it most as part of our 24/7 Dementia Support Line team.
If you are deeply empathetic, calm under pressure, and have a background in social work, psychology, nursing, mental health support, crisis counseling, or caregiver services, this role may be a strong fit.
What You’ll Do
- Provide empathetic listening, emotional support, and guidance to persons living with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders and their loved ones
- Share dementia education, coping strategies, and resource navigation
- Triage callers using a structured support model, including escalation protocols
- Document interactions in our care platform
- Coordinate follow-up messages and hand-offs when needed
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team
About You
You are someone who shows deep patience, warmth, and emotional intelligence. You understand that families facing dementia need calm guidance and a human connection, not scripts and checklists.
Required qualifications
- Background in social work, psychology, nursing, counseling, caregiver support, or related care fields
- Experience supporting older adults, caregivers, persons living with cognitive and behavioral disorders like dementia, complex care, or mental health
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to handle emotional conversations with steadiness and empathy
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights & weekends
- Reliable internet + quiet/private remote workspace
Preferred
- Prior dementia care or caregiver support experience
- Telehealth, call center, or hotline experience
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare helpful but not required
