The opportunity
Translate client priorities into data and AI strategies, prioritized use-case portfolios and responsible adoption roadmaps that create measurable value.
What you will be doing
Client advisory & opportunity shaping
- Lead executive and functional discovery sessions to identify decisions, processes and customer journeys that can be improved through data and AI.
- Assess data and AI maturity, readiness, constraints and dependencies across strategy, governance, technology, people and operations.
- Define and prioritize AI, analytics and data-platform use cases using value, feasibility, risk and time-to-impact criteria.
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, market campaigns and alliance-led opportunities.
Strategy, governance & value delivery
- Develop data and AI strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps.
- Design Responsible AI and model-governance approaches in collaboration with risk, legal, privacy, cyber and industry specialists.
- Define adoption, change and capability-building requirements for business and technology teams.
- Establish outcome measures, benefits hypotheses and value-realization mechanisms with the Business Value Lead.
Solution shaping & delivery oversight
- Shape solution concepts using Microsoft data and AI capabilities, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Purview where appropriate.
- Work with the Cloud Architect and Solution Engineer to validate architecture assumptions, prototypes and implementation options.
- Provide advisory workstream leadership, quality review, stakeholder management and executive communication.
What we need from you
- 7+ years in data, analytics, AI, digital transformation or technology consulting, with material client-facing responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience developing data or AI strategies, maturity assessments, operating models and use-case portfolios.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, machine learning, generative AI, governance, privacy and Responsible AI.
- Ability to connect technical options to commercial, operational, customer and risk outcomes.
- Strong facilitation, structured problem-solving, proposal writing and executive presentation skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant Microsoft data or AI certifications are desirable, such as AI-102, DP-600, DP-203 or DP-100.
- Experience in one or more priority industries and in professional services is preferred.
- Fluent English; Romanian or other regional languages are advantageous.
