The Summit of Lawrenceburg is looking for a dependable and caring Dietary Aide to join our team!
Our Dietary Aides play an important role in providing our residents with enjoyable meals and a clean, welcoming dining environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Set up and clean dining areas
- Serve meals and beverages to residents
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen/dietary areas
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with storing and organizing food and supplies
- Follow resident diet instructions and special dietary needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Provide friendly and respectful service to our residents
- Assist the dietary team with other duties as needed
- Dependable with a good work ethic
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Friendly and respectful when working with seniors
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting, bending, and reaching
- Previous dietary or food-service experience is a plus, but not required
