Endocrinology Thyroid Advanced Practice Provider (FT) Lebanon
The Department of Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock is seeking an Endocrinology APP to work with its collegial and caring Endocrinology team. This position is full-time with clinical responsibilities in the outpatient setting.
This role will require conducting outpatient clinics through working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals to evaluate, treat and teach patients with a specific focus on endocrine, thyroid, and diabetes care. This is a Monday through Friday day shift position with an expectation of 36 face-to-face clinical hours. There are call expectations for this position but outpatient phone call only. Call will be 1:8 of a weekly rotation of night/weekend call from our outpatient population.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, flexible, and possess strong communication skills. Experience with diabetes management or as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) is a plus, but not required to apply for the position.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
- National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only)
- Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
- BLS certification
