Core Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• System Oversight: Monitor and maintain facility or project technical assets, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), life safety systems, and critical utilities.
• Preventive Maintenance: Prepare, implement, and track Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and asset history logs.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety protocols, manage work permits, and ensure adherence to industry codes and company regulations. [1, 2, 3]

Team Leadership & Project Support

• Staff Supervision: Mentor, train, and guide junior engineers, technicians, and subordinate staff.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between upper management, technical staff, clients, and occupants.
• Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis for system failures, breakdowns, or major technical complaints. [1, 2, 3]

Administration & Vendor Management

• Vendor Relations: Review vendor quotations, process invoices, and schedule routine performance meetings.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate operational logs, cost sheets, and performance reports (such as Daily/Monthly Maintenance Reports).
• Budget Tracking: Assist in budget controls and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs
