HEAD OF GROWTH/PRIVATE CLIENT ACQUISITION

Our client, an ultra-luxury Africa travel company is searching for a senior commercial executor focused almost entirely on new-client acquisition. This is not a conventional marketing role, event role or salesperson waiting for inquiries. It is a senior relationship-builder who creates access to new business in circles our client does not currently reach—and then ensures those introductions become qualified opportunities!

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build a deliberately selected network of specifically targeted potential UHWNI clients by establishing meaningful strategic partnerships
• Generate a high-value qualified new-client pipeline
• Research each lead. Determine the best conversion plan and prepare the sales team accordingly
• Introduce new qualified UHNW clients to the business through the production of exceptionally targeted private-client activations.
• Own the commercial architecture of each activation
• Create a scalable system that can be repeated
• Work in synergy with marketing and sales for a successful conversion
• Monitor the prospect until won, lost, or intentionally nurtured.
• Capture objections and competitive intelligence.
• Maintain the COI relationship after the introduction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Established network of UHNWI through a background of any of these luxury industries: travel, fashion, real-estate, private banking, family office services or luxury hospitality
• Excellent understanding of purchasing trends and market intelligence in this segment
• Target driven, financially motivated
