Reward Analyst - Fixed Term

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation: Support in the delivery of the company’s annual compensation processes.

- Support the WTW pay benchmarking process, obtaining benchmarking data from WTW and updating individual country benchmarks by compensation grade, working with HR managers to implement.

- Support the delivery of the company’s incentive plans, including STIP, LTIP, and RSU plans.

- Support the delivery (through Workday) of the company’s annual merit process.

- Create and maintain a calendar of compensation activities and support the Head of Reward & HCM systems in ensuring the calendar activities are delivered.

- Oversee payroll management processes for outsourced payrolls, supporting local HR Managers as technical expert in the delivery of monthly payrolls and on the overall governance for payroll across McBride

- Assist the Head of Reward & HCM Systems in implementing and working within appropriate compensation governance guidelines.

Benefits: Work with the Reward Manager to support local HR teams in the administration and governance of company benefits.

- Assist the Reward Manager in the management of benefit providers, to ensure competitive benefits are in place, delivering value for money on company spend.

- Support in the delivery of the Group’s company car benefits.Ensure benefit information is captured accurately in Workday.

- Support in the communication of benefits to employees across multiple methods and to varied target audiences.

- Develop a good understanding of benefit plans in each of McBride’s locations (including local legislative requirements), and work with the Reward Manager and local HR Managers to identify opportunities to introduce value-add benefits or deliver benefits for reduced cost/risk to the company.

HR Reporting: Facilitation of HR reporting through Workday, and provision of separate reporting where data is not held in Workday

- Create and maintain Workday HR Dashboards to be accessed by stakeholders within the business as required.

- In conjunction with the Head of Reward & HCM Systems, work with stakeholders such as HR Managers, Department Heads, Finance, ExCo etc. to understand reporting requirements and facilitate reporting to meet such needs.

- Ensure that data not held on Workday is imported via Prism and presented alongside system data in a seamless way.

- Support with the provision of compensation and benefit data and reporting as required by the wider business e.g. budget setting, CLA negotiations, minimum wage compliance, benefit plan renewals etc.

- Train new HR team members on process and responsibilities around reporting.

- Deliver information required for external reporting as required and in line with statutory deadlines, e.g. Gender Pay Gap, Director’s Remuneration Report etc.
