Responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. Coordinate and collaborate with the relate departments, analyzing data, and proactively addressing potential production issues.

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with engineering, production teams and other relate departments to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
• Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand, material availability, or production capacity.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential production issues.
• Utilize ERP or other scheduling software to manage production schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Data Science
• 3 - 5 years of experience
• Experience with Production Planning process, including scheduling, capacity planning
• Able to use ERP or other scheduling software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving
• Excellent in English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
