Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) / Intelligence Systems (IS) is looking for a motivated and self-starting Audio Visual Programmer Analyst (Experienced, Senior or Lead) to join our team based in Herndon, VA.

 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• This position requires an Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance. (U.S. Citizenship Required) (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) 

• Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

• Proficiency in modern programming and scripting languages such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, and Visual Basic 

• Experience in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of complex A/V systems 

• Hands-on experience with network programming 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 

• Familiarity with systems engineering principles and integration best practices 

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Level 4: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Level 5: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

• An Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP)

• Experience with Crestron programming and system environments using SIMPL+ or C# 

• Experience translating customer requirements into software designs 

• Knowledge of software systems configuration management 

• Experience with object orientated programming 

• Experience with HTML/web programming (for user interface design) 

• Crestron Gold level programming Certification or higher 

• Experience working with local and remote teams 

• Experience interfacing directly with all levels of staff and management 

• Experience working as a member of a development team

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

 

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $115,600.00 - $156,400.00

Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $141,950.00 - $192,050.00

Summary pay range for Lead (Level 5): $170,850.00 - $231,150.00
